Logins via ManageBac SSO were unavailable due to an upstream outage at Faria's accounts.faria.org. Users attempting "Login with ManageBac" received a Cloudflare 502 error. Email/password and Google SSO were unaffected. Faria's team identified and resolved the issue on their side; AssessPrep required no changes. We're following up with Faria for their RCA and adding a synthetic check on accounts.faria.org so we detect future occurrences proactively

Between approximately 22:34 and 23:15 UTC on 30 Apr 2026, some users may have experienced slow responses, timeouts, or errors when using the platform — particularly on pages and reports that rely on assessment analytics data.

The issue began during a routine database maintenance task and was fully resolved at around 23:15 UTC. No data has been lost or affected, and all features are now operating normally.
